Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know about Natum — how it works, pricing, credits, and payments.

General
What is Natum?+

Natum is an AI-powered trading chart analyzer. Upload any chart screenshot — crypto, stocks, forex, gold, indices, or energy — and receive instant AI signals: LONG, SHORT, or HOLD, with specific entry points, stop-loss, and take-profit levels. The analysis takes 3–5 seconds.

How does Natum's AI work?+

Natum uses a two-step AI pipeline. First, Gemini 2.5 Flash reads your chart image and extracts technical data: trends, patterns, support/resistance levels, and indicator readings. Then DeepSeek V3 evaluates this information and generates a trading decision — similar to how an experienced technical analyst would approach the chart.

What markets does Natum support?+

Natum analyzes charts from any market: cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and all altcoins), stocks, forex pairs, gold and other metals, energy commodities (oil, gas), and major indices (S&P 500, Nasdaq, etc.). If you can take a screenshot of a chart, Natum can analyze it.

Is Natum free?+

Yes. Every new account receives 65 free credits upon signup — enough for one full chart analysis (50 credits) and one Quick Signal (15 credits). No credit card required to start.

What is Quick Signal?+

Quick Signal is a faster, lighter analysis that uses live market data — price action, volume, trend metrics — instead of a chart screenshot. It costs only 15 credits and delivers a directional view in seconds. Ideal when you need a rapid read on a coin without uploading an image.

Analysis & Signals
What does the analysis output include?+

Each analysis includes: a LONG/SHORT/HOLD decision with a confidence score (0–100%); a TRADE or NO_TRADE verdict; specific entry price, stop-loss level, and up to two take-profit targets; calculated risk/reward ratio; time horizon classification (scalp, intraday, or swing); identified chart patterns and key support/resistance levels; and a plain-language summary of the setup.

How accurate is the AI?+

Accuracy depends on chart clarity and market conditions. The AI works best with clear, well-annotated charts from defined trending markets. Each signal includes a confidence score to help you gauge the setup's strength. Natum's quality gates automatically suppress low-confidence signals — you see TRADE only when conditions are genuinely met. That said, no tool guarantees profits; always use proper risk management.

What is the confidence score?+

The confidence score (0–100%) reflects how strongly the AI believes in its own analysis. Scores below 40 automatically result in a HOLD/NO_TRADE decision. Scores between 40–55 can result in a NO_TRADE even if the direction is LONG or SHORT. A score of 80+ indicates a high-conviction setup.

What's the difference between TRADE and NO_TRADE?+

LONG, SHORT, or HOLD is the directional call. TRADE or NO_TRADE is the action verdict. It's possible to receive a LONG direction with NO_TRADE if the risk/reward ratio is too poor (below 1:1.5), the confidence is too low, or the setup quality doesn't meet the threshold. This separation prevents acting on directionally correct but poorly structured entries.

How do I upload a chart?+

Take a screenshot of any chart from TradingView, Binance, MetaTrader, Bybit, or any other platform. On the New Analysis page, drag your screenshot into the upload area or click to browse. Select the market type and timeframe, then click Analyze. The result appears in 3–5 seconds.

Credits & Pricing
What is a credit?+

Credits are Natum's analysis currency. A full Chart Analysis costs 50 credits; a Quick Signal costs 15 credits. Credits are included in monthly subscription plans and can also be purchased as one-time packs.

How many free credits do I get?+

Every new account receives 65 free credits — enough for one chart analysis (50 credits) and one Quick Signal (15 credits), or four Quick Signals total.

Do unused credits expire?+

Subscription credits reset when your plan renews — unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month. However, credits purchased as one-time packs (5,000 or 10,000 credit bundles) never expire and are tracked separately in your account.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?+

Yes. One-time credit packs are available: 5,000 credits or 10,000 credits. These never expire and stack with any active subscription.

What are the subscription plans?+

Starter: $10/month — 1,000 credits. Trader: $20/month — 3,000 credits (25% welcome discount for the first month). Elite: $40/month — 8,000 credits (25% welcome discount for the first month). All plans give full access to chart analysis and Quick Signal.

Payments & Subscriptions
How can I pay?+

Natum accepts credit and debit cards (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via OxaPay). Supported crypto includes BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, BNB, and dozens more. No KYC is required for crypto payments.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Account page. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount and credits are added right away. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.

What is the refund policy?+

Subscription fees and credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us at support and we'll review it case by case.

Is my payment data secure?+

Yes. Natum does not store any card data on its servers. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Crypto payments go through OxaPay. We never see your raw payment credentials.
